HSJP-100-65B Plastic Sheet Making:
1,Die head are made of high quality corrasion resistive alloy steel, runner plated chrome, thickness is 0.02-0.03mm, rough is ra0.05μm;
2、Barrel and screw with high-precision, long life and corrosion resistive;
3、Speed decreasing box with hardness gear;
4、Temperature controlled by pid in high precision;
5,Cooling water inside of polish roller is screw model structure, the temperature of surface roller is equality, treatment by polish with rough ra0.05μm and HV?850;
6、Tension of rewinder controlled by magnetic dutch with stablity;
Application
It is used for produce various plastic sheet of PP,PS,HIPS,and PE ect.,which can be widely used for produce plastic formed sheet、stationery sheet、and adhesive tape with corrosion resistance etc.as packing container,trays cups,bowls and plates.
