3Only one-time setup process of all templates by moldbase to ensure the high accuracy of forming holes, introduction of concentricity column sets and overall moldbase.
4Die slider adopts die outside mechanical, materials for high-intensity and anti-corrosion steel s136.The structure is reliable. The overall opening and closing modulus of mould(slider, push plates, top out)is coordinate-steps. Sliding contact surfaces of all components are using advanced ion nitriding, local hardness of the surface can reach HRC65-70
