This double lane courier bag machine is specifically designed for producing side-sealed poly mailer bags, ideal for courier services such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, Amazon, and other e-commerce parcel needs.
Key Features:
Supports double rolls feeding or optional two-line triangle folding.
Driven by a servo motor and controlled via PLC.
Equipped with automatic EPC and tension control.
Includes a hot melt glue dispenser and release film feeding device.
Features a hot side sealing system and cutting knife.
Automatic counting and collection system for efficiency.
Compatible with both printed and non-printed film.
Automatic alarm and stop function when material runs out.
