Process flow of fully automatic ton charter machine:
Tray conveying→Automatic bagging→Bag blowing→Filling dust removal→Accurate weighing→Shortage supply→Automatic sampling and packaging→（Mechanical arm escort）→Vacuum heat sealing→Automatic labeling→Ton pack finished product
Application scope:Packaging of powders such as iron phosphate, lithium iron phosphate, negative electrode graphite, titanium dioxide, aluminum oxide, and ultrafine powders
Function: Automatic pallet loading, automatic ton bag loading (without manual bag hanging), automatic material unloading and weighing, filling and dust removal, automatic vacuum pumping, automatic heat sealing, automatic labeling and coding, etc., with end docking with AGV or three-dimensional warehouse, without manual intervention throughout the process
