POLYCOM: It is used in polyolefin application which Increases the tensile strength & elongation, reduces tape breakages, increase Caco3/ Recycle, improves dispersion, reduces dust formation & micron of film, reduces the wastage, makes surface smooth & Glossy, controlled thickness variation, increases sealing properties. POLYCOM-CL: It is non-migrating processing aid & modifier for clear and opaque application. It can be used as 0.5% to 1% as processing aid, 0.5% to 25% as modifier. Which increases strength, tensile strength, dart, elongation, and clarity. POLYCOM-P: It is a processing Aid which replaces Acrylic Processing Aid at dosage of 70%, Reduces Gelation time without reducing fusion torque, improves homogeneity & dispersion, Reduces the cost of production. POLYCOM-HI: It is impact modifier and tensile enhancer for PVC applications. It is used where customers want to use higher calcium like PVC PIPES, PVC SHEETS, PVC ROOFINGS, PVC PANEL, etc. POLYCOM-HI dosage in final application is 0.5 phr to 1.5 phr. POLYCOM-E: This grade replaces internal and external lubricants and processing aids with lower dosage in final PVC application. Customers’ needs to use dosage of 0.75 phr to 1.5 phr depending on application. It can be used in transparent PVC application.
