Utilizing hybrid key technologies to synthesize long fiber composite materials with excellent mechanical properties, high rigidity, wear resistance and dimensional stability, it is beneficial to the structural lightweight design freedom of finished parts and can achieve the same mechanical properties as new materials.

ISOPAK PCR LFRT 長纖維複合材料是可回收、環保的複合材料，可減少二氧化碳排放。生產過程中，依不同規格添加PCR原料，採用特殊製程和設備，使熔融樹脂充分浸潤並塗覆連續玻璃纖維，然後將膠條冷卻後切割成棒狀。根據不同客戶的物性需求，將各種特性的材料進行共混添加，利用混合關鍵技術，合成具有優良力學性能、高剛性、耐磨性和尺寸穩定性的長纖維複合材料，有利於成品零件的結構輕量化設計自由度，並能達到與新材料相同的機械特性。
