Kerke Continuous Mixer Approved by Brazilian Client, Ready for Shipment to South America

Our ECM250S continuous internal mixer has successfully passed factory inspection and online acceptance by the Brazilian customer, and is fully packed ready for delivery to the local plant. With an hourly output of 200kg, the machine is customized for the customer’s production of EVA high carbon black filled materials. It is applicable to various modified rubber and plastic materials such as calcium carbonate masterbatch, talc-filled masterbatch, conductive masterbatch and color masterbatch. The whole production line realizes fully automatic continuous mixing and extrusion, equipped with a vacuum venting system to improve finished product quality.

Compared with traditional batch-type internal mixers, this equipment delivers stable production capacity and gentle shearing to avoid polymer degradation. Closed-loop parameter control ensures consistent quality across batches while cutting energy consumption and maintenance costs. Core wear-resistant and anti-corrosion alloy components are adopted, and the unit has passed multi-stage inspection and commissioning. This cooperation consolidates our market layout in South America.
