Kerke’s New Co-rotating Twin Screw Pelletizing Line Fully Commissioned

The brand-new co-rotating parallel twin-screw pelletizing production line has completed assembly and entered pre-delivery joint commissioning. Targeting clients engaged in modified plastics, biodegradable materials and functional masterbatch, it delivers integrated high-performance plastic compounding and pelletizing solutions.

Equipped with modular screw assembly, high-power driving system, high-precision transmission and multi-channel loss-in-weight feeding system, it ensures stable and accurate feeding of base materials, powder additives and glass fiber. Independently zoned temperature-controlled barrels with multi-stage vacuum devolatilization realize material conveying, melting, shearing dispersion and volatile removal, matched with water strand cooling, air drying and pelletizing units to build a fully continuous production line.

This equipment fits glass fiber-reinforced engineering plastics, flame-retardant modified materials, high-filled masterbatch, PLA/PBAT biodegradable plastics, plastic alloys and recycled plastic modification. Its screw segments are adjustable to satisfy high-shear dispersion and low-shear processing for heat-sensitive materials with stable output, low energy consumption and superior pellet quality.

Against the upgrading requirements of the new material industry, Kerke continuously optimizes twin-screw extrusion equipment, control systems and auxiliary solutions. This unit will be shipped to the customer site after passing full factory tests.
