Qingdao Hongdingyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. focus on resource‑based and high‑value recycling of recycled plastics. The company has built a complete industrial‑chain system covering waste home‑appliance dismantling, plastic washing & sorting, and recycled‑plastic modification. Dedicated to recycled modified materials, we have grown steadily for more than 20 years and achieved leading output, sales volume and product quality within China’s PCR recycled‑plastics industry.

Our site is located in Laixi, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. We covers 72 mu with a plant building area of 35 000 m². Our subsidiary Shandong Dechuang holds the qualification to dismantle 2 million waste home appliances per year, generating around 15 000 tons of waste plastics from home‑appliance dismantling annually. Abundant waste‑plastic resources in Shandong and surrounding provinces guarantee stable high‑quality raw‑material supply and underpin our upstream industrial chain.

We operate two fully‑automatic waste‑plastic pre‑treatment production lines with an annual sorting capacity of 50 000 tons of waste plastics. Twenty‑three advanced single‑screw and twin‑screw extruders deliver an annual capacity of 140 000 tons for recycled‑plastic pelletizing and modification. Our full set of automated production facilities includes centralized feeding systems, vertical intelligent warehousing systems, automatic packaging & weighing scales, and intelligent melt‑filtration systems. These installations secure consistent product quality and raise overall operational efficiency.

We supply a full portfolio of recycled modified plastics including r‑PS, r‑ABS, r‑PC, r‑PC/ABS, r‑PP and r‑PE. Available product forms are regrinds, pellets and modified compounds. Our products serve downstream sectors such as compounding material manufacturers, home‑appliance manufacturing, automotive components and high‑end intelligent‑equipment manufacturing.

Drawing on over two decades of industry experience, Hongdingyuan has established diversified and stable waste‑plastic sourcing channels and mastered core processes for sorting, washing, pelletizing and modification of mixed waste plastics. Our R&D team is led by three senior engineers and counts more than ten technical specialists. We maintain long‑term industry‑university‑research cooperation with Qingdao University of Science and Technology and Beijing University of Chemical Technology to drive continuous technological upgrading for recycled‑material solutions.

Our laboratory is equipped with over 30 professional testing instruments for mechanical‑property testing, thermal‑property analysis, flammability testing and restricted‑substance analysis, supporting a comprehensive product‑quality‑control system. We have obtained authoritative certifications including UL Yellow Card, GRS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001and IATF 16949. Upon client request, we can provide supplementary services such as recycled‑content verification and product carbon‑footprint assessment.
