M/s. Concord United Products manufactures Die assembly and Blades for Under-water pelletizers and Water-ring Pelletizers. We manufacture Blades for all major brands like GALA (Maag), BKG-Nordson, ECON, FILTEC. We export our products to many customers in Europe, USA, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, Middle East and S.Korea through our business partners in various countries. We also produce blades for EREMA & NGR recycling lines with dual hardness. Concord manufactures Tungsten Carbide inserted Dies for all Under Water Pelletizers. Our Dies have been installed in many major compounders like Lyondell Basell (A.Schulman), INGENIA, Washington Penn, Taghleef, ASTRA, RAVAGO, Elastron…. etc in their plants. We are a supplier of choice for Dies, Blades and Blade Holders to all major compounders in India. Currently, we manufacture close to 250 Die assemblies in a year. To ensure quality of our products, we use best quality of raw material available. All our blades are manufactured using High Speed Steel sourced from Bohler-Austria and heat treated by Vacuum Hardening process. Tungsten Carbide is procured from Kennametal for our Dies. We import CPM10V from the US. Due to all this and our commitment to quality and timely delivery at affordable prices, ECON Austria chose us to be an OEM supplier for all their Blade requirements in 2013.
