SUMA is specialized manufacturer for one-step Injection Blow Molding Machine(IBM), Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machine(ISBM). Built with customized molding machine according to each customer’s requirements, capable of testing various thermoplastic materials such as PET, PET-G, PP, PE, PS,COP,TRITAN grades through experienced engineering design for injection, blow and mold clamping with sophisticated technology. We offer two main types of machines: IBM & ISBM with Hybrid and Full Electric system. The appropriate machine type can be selected based on the material, bottle size, and application requirements. Our IBM series is available in 3-station and 4-station configurations, each designed for different materials and applications. 3-Station IBM(iB series): Ideal for PP and PE materials, particularly for small-volume, heavy-wall plastic containers such as pharmaceutical bottles. 4-Station IBM (iB4 series) : Ideal for PET and PETG materials, and well suited for small-volume, heavy-wall plastic containers such as cosmetic bottles. Our ISBM (iSB) series is available in a 4-station configuration, designed for producing large-volume bottles. It is particularly suitable for applications such as body care and beverage bottles.
