NOVISTA NV series Ca-Zn PVC stabilizers are multifunctional Ca-Zn compound stabilizers with environmental protection.
It is made through special processing technology and does NOT contain Lead, Cadmium, Tin and other banned ingredients. It is certified by SGS testing. The safety environmental protection indexes meet the relevant requirements. This product can also replace the expensive organic tin stabilizer in the formulations of the rigid PVC transparent products.
Our stabilizers have many advantages, such as:
- With excellent thermal stability and weatherability, no sulfide pollution;
-- Highly efficient lubricity, good flowing, reduce mechanical wear and improve the
extrusion speed, high gloss surface;
-- Good compatible with PVC resin, less plating out, improve mechanical properties.
Our Ca Zn stabilizers can be used in the processing of PVC pipes, fittings, profiles, windows profiles, foaming boards, wall panels, SPC/WPC flooring, wires & cables, and soft PVC products.
