In the extrusion process of blowing film, wire, pipe and other materials, due to the change in the amount of extrusion caused by filter blocking, extrusion temperature change,?irregular shape of material particles, and so on, eventually lead to product quality fluctuation,?and even produce defective products. Extrusion control real-time monitoring of?extrusion flows, by adjusting the extruder speed, and traction speed, to ensure the consistency of?weight meters. An extrusion control system, is desinged for adjusting the process, adjusting the ratio?between layers, reducing the time to start up, and reducing the waste. The extrusion control system can control product?thickness, the lower deviation can be achieved in production. An extrusion?control system can save 3~ 5% the total raw material.
