cold feed gear pump preformer combines the plasticizing characteristics of the cold feed screw extruder with the stability characteristics of the gear pump. The single screw cold feed extruder delivers rubber to the gear pump, which continuously and stably delivers the rubber to the head cutting system. When the pressure at the inlet changes (due to material changes, feed changes, etc.), the pressure at the outlet of the gear pump remains unchanged. This combination improves cutting accuracy and ensures the quality of rubber prefabricated parts in the production process.
Compared to traditional rubber preforms, gear pump preforms have continuous and uninterrupted rubber production capacity, ultra-high production capacity, eliminating the need for preheating rubber on the open mill, making operation more convenient and saving labor.
