Description
TXR series are suitable for various types of horizontal injection molding machines of 50-480 tons, with models 700~1300, vertical strokes 700~1300mm. Single arm takes finished products, double arms take finished products and sprues, 3/5 axis AC servo drive; vertical arm is single type or telescopic type; take-out time is 1.2s, full cycle time is 9.8s, max loading is 12kg. Using the TXR series can increase production capacity (20%~30%), reduce product defect rate, ensure the safety of operators, reduce labor, accurately control production volume and reduce waste.
