Kailien's twin screw pelletizing extruders offer models with different production capacities ranging from 150 to 1200 kg/hr.

*Pelletizing die head: The mold is made of Japanese raw materials, and the design of the mold flow path and die head cooling system are important keys to the die head.
*Die face pelletizing system: Customized design for different softness and hardness levels, making it convenient to disassemble and replace blades, and easier to calibrate.
*Using the SCR system, it can save 25% of electricity, precisely control the temperature deviation within ±1 degree, and save electricity
*According to customer needs, customized services such as "automatic conveying system" and "gravimeter dosing device" can be selected.
