PTFE rod, also known as Teflon rod, is manufactured through extrusion and sintering. It has outstanding chemical inertness, self-lubrication, non-stick property, broad temperature adaptability and great electrical insulation. We also supply filled PTFE rods doped with carbon, graphite, glass fiber or bronze to enhance wear resistance, hardness and compression performance. They are commonly machined into sealing, anti-friction and insulating components for machinery, chemical, electronic and food industries.
