FE550A is a representative grade of our Flow Lubricant series.
FE550A is a high-efficiency multi-functional processing additive based on ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, available in pellet or powder form. Its molecular structure combines polar carboxyl groups and non-polar alkane chains, delivering outstanding compatibility with various polymers, especially polyamides (e.g. PA6). This product provides remarkable internal and external lubrication effects, which effectively reduce melt viscosity, boost demolding efficiency, and greatly enhance surface gloss and transparency of finished articles.
