Oriplas has launched the 40 series high-efficiency and energy-saving single-screw extruder. This extruder is equipped with a feeding bushing of special structure, whose inner hole is designed with several spiral feeding grooves with slopes, greatly improving the conveying efficiency.The high-speed and high-efficiency screw is designed based on high rotation speed. It not only achieves excellent plasticizing effect at low rotation speed but also maintains outstanding plasticizing performance when the screw speed increases. Improved on the basis of the ordinary barrier screw, it is equipped with mixing and shearing elements to ensure excellent plasticizing effect at high rotation speed. During the plasticizing process, it can ensure that the molten resin and the unmelted solid materials are mixed timely and intensively, so as to obtain a melt with uniform heat. The shearing effect is strictly controlled to keep the melt temperature at a relatively low level, effectively eliminating the problem of uneven melt heat, obtaining the ideal material temperature and preventing changes in material properties due to degradation.
