HS-950

Tiangang® HS-950 is a high-performance polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It is especially suitable for polymer products such as polyolefins (PP, PE, etc.), polyolefin copolymers, polyamides, polyacetals and polyesters. It can effectively prevent photoaging phenomena including decline in mechanical strength and yellowing, and improve the weather resistance of finished articles.
This product is also applicable to blends of polyolefins with EVA and PPO, polyoxymethylene (POM), polyamides (PA), polyurethane (PU), flexible and rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as well as PVC blends. Additionally, it delivers excellent light stabilization performance for styrenic materials, rubbers and adhesives.
As a polymeric high-molecular-weight hindered amine light stabilizer, Tiangang® HS-950 features excellent compatibility with resins and good extraction resistance. It can be used in systems requiring low volatility and minimal migration, and is particularly suitable for films, split fibers and filaments.
Tiangang® HS-950 serves as an important upgraded alternative to Tiangang® HS-944, a widely adopted high-molecular-weight HALS. Compared with HS-944, it possesses narrower molecular weight distribution and higher effective nitrogen content, thus offering superior light stabilization performance.
