DSE-MB60PE is suitable for various flame-retardant polyethylene (PE) products. Compared to powdered intumescent flame retardants, this masterbatch offers superior dispersion and higher production efficiency. When added during resin blending and granulation, it prevents the degradation of flame retardants caused by excessive shearing. DS-MB60PE provides excellent flowability and processability, making it also suitable for glass fiber reinforced (GF-PE) systems.
