Fully automatic liner insertion machine melting for woven bags (straight knife cold cutting)

This machine handles laminated bags, single/double-sided BOPP bags, non-woven fabrics, paper-plastic bags, 3-layer laminated bags, etc. Both fabric and film roll delivery use EPC automatic deviation correction for precise lining position control. It features cold cutter with servo control for uniform cutting, magnetic powder brake to reduce outer bag damage. EPC synchronous correction, dual servo control for inner film sealing lines to prevent misalignment, with synchronized cutting and lining. Optional hot/cold bottom, adjustable width, online material connection, one-button operation without stopping. Automates inner/outer bag alignment, positioning, bottom folding, sewing, hot-melt, counting and collection. Equipped with imported Japanese PLC, servo motor, Mitsubishi microcomputer control, 10-inch LED touch screen. It works independently as liner inserter, cutting/sewing machine, etc. Easy to operate by one person.
