Manual Hot Plate Bonding Machine

The Manual Hot Plate Bonding Machine is very simple machine but with powerful function. It can weld any PE foam irregular foam jobs. Many of our customers use it to bond foam corner protectors or assemble PE foam inserts / end caps.

Here is the machine specifications:

1. The machine is with 3 heating plates. The dimension of each one is 400x300mm (LxW).

2. The 3 heating plates can be heated seperately. For example, if you only need to work on one heating plate, you can turn off the other two. Power saving and engergy saving.

3. The height of middle heating plate can be adjusted manually.

4. The lifting and lowering of the middle heating plate is controlled by a foot pedal.

5. Simple operation, no need experienced operation. Labor cost saving. We will send out the whole machine to you. When you receive the machine, you just connect with power supply, you can start to operate the machine. It is very simple.
