The automatic zipper bag making machine is special‑purpose equipment for producing resealable zipper bags. It integrates unwinding, folding, zipper attachment, heat‑sealing, cutting and rewinding functions. The whole machine adopts a dual‑servo control system and is equipped with a photo‑electric tracking correction system, which ensures accurate bag length, firm sealing edges and neat‑looking finished bags.
The machine processes PE and PP films, and can manufacture various zipper bags such as apparel packaging bags, daily‑use self‑sealing bags, ornament bags and food storage pouches. Optional modules including slider zipper unit, hole punching device and automatic stacker are available.
