We have range of specialized processing aid for PVC industry namely Polycom P, Polycom HI and Polycom E which has created a revolution in PVC industries like PVC pipe, Fittings, Profile, Panels and tiles.  Using our grade calcium carbonate dosage can be increased to new higher level, which gives huge advantage in raw material cost savings.

POLYCOM:-Increases the tensile strength (0.3  0.4 GPD) & Elongation (1%-1.5%), Sharply reduces tape breakages/hour & Increases line speed of the Tape Line, Gives opportunity to increase Calcium Carbonate Master Batch Dosage/ Recycle, Reduces dust and fibres in the looms, Increases the output in Looms & reduces the wastage of fabric in Looms, Improves dispersion sharply and makes internal and external surface smooth & Glossy, Increases Tensile strength, Dart strength, Break strength and elongation, Thickness variation can be controlled, Helps to reduce microns of the film, Increases sealing properties.

POLYCOM-CL:- Polycom – CL is a non-migrating processing aid, modifier and bonding agent for clear and opaque application. Polycom – CL can be used as 0.5% to 1% as processing and 0.5% to 25% as Modifier. As tie layer resin you can use Polycom – CL at dosage of 0.25% to 50%

POLYCOM-P: This grade replaces all types of Lubricating processing aids with dosage of 50% to 75% (i.e., if you add 1 phr of acrylic lubricating processing aid, you can use 0.5 phr to 0.75 phr of POLYCOM-P). Also using POLYCOM-P gives better plasticity / melt strength, which results of reduction of CPE by 20% in final application. The customer will be able to remove the acrylic processing aid and reduce CPE using POLYCOM-P. Available in powder form.

POLYCOM-HI : This grade replaces acrylic impact modifier and improves impact strength and tensile strength also to next level, so we use this grade in applications, where customers use higher calcium dosage like PVC PIPES, PVC SHEETS, PVC ROOFINGS, PVC PANEL and SPC.  POLYCOM-HI dosage in application is depends on the dosage of calcium carbonate for e.g. If the customer uses 40-50 phr calcium, then Polycom-HI can be used 0.4-0.5 phr in the formulation. So according to the dosage of calcium they need to adjust the dosage of Polycom-HI as it is very concentrated grade. Using Polycom-HI customer can remove the entire acrylic impact modifiers. This grade is available in powder form.

POLYCOM-E:- It is a processing aid for PVC compound and clear application, which replaces processing aid, internal & external lubricants at lower dosage, can be used in the range of 0.5 to 1 PHR replacing acrylic processing aid, internal & external lubricant, reduces the cost of production. can be used In PVC clear films with 70% dosage of processing aid
