The FCS booth was crowded with visitors and industry professionals engaging in technical discussions. Featuring two smart models—CT-230R All-Electric Two-Component Injection Molding Machine and SA-160 Toggle Hydraulic Injection Molding Machine—FCS drew significant attention. Not only did we successfully achieve our onsite sales goals, but also generated nearly 30 potential deals worth over NT$30 million, showcasing the compelling appeal of intelligent molding technology.

This exhibition focused on the theme of "Smart Manufacturing × Versatile Molding", showcasing two flagship models equipped with the iMF 4.0 intelligent manufacturing system:

🔸 CT-230R All-Electric Two-Component Injection Molding Machine
Equipped with dual injection units and energy-efficient servo drives, it achieves high-precision control and low energy consumption—ideal for producing multi-color or multi-material household products.

🔸SA-160 Toggle Hydraulic Injection Molding Machine
Debuting with five integrated intelligent modules, it features real-time energy consumption monitoring and carbon footprint tracking, synchronized nozzle heating, mold cooling water flow control, and more. The system also connects seamlessly with smart factory platforms for enhanced process stability and data visibility.

During the show, FCS not only attracted widespread interaction but also successfully secured two SA series machine orders on-site. This further highlighted the market’s recognition of the SA series' smart capabilities and flexible molding performance.

From August 20 to 23, 2025, we’ll be exhibiting at the "2025 Taipei International Mold & Smart Molding Equipment Exhibition (TAIMOLD 2025)," featuring the innovative FB-100C Sandwich/Color Mixing Injection Molding Machine. This model highlights advancements in material innovation and visual creativity, continuing our journey toward smarter and more integrated mold processing.

FB‑100C Key Features:

• • The two injection units are designed independently and can be set to different pressure speeds, which can generate different pattern changes.
