Dingtian Unveils New Food-Grade Imitation-Ceramic RPET Material for Low-Carbon Catering Applications

At this stage, Zhejiang Dingtian New Material has launched an upgraded injection-grade food-safe imitation-ceramic RPET recycled material. The new product is commercially available globally, delivering high-performance, eco-friendly material solutions for disposable and reusable catering tableware and household kitchenware.

Based in Taizhou, the company specializes in modified plastics, recycled materials and bio-based composites. The newly developed RPET material adopts independent molecular modification technology, combining ceramic-like appearance and durable performance. BPA-free and melamine-free, it supports frequent use in microwaves and dishwashers within a temperature range of -20℃ to 140℃. Compliant with FDA, LFGB and Chinese food-contact standards, the material offers matte and glossy surface options for diverse design demands.

Compared with traditional melamine and ordinary recycled plastics, Dingtian’s RPET material features better drop resistance and higher molding stability, lowering production defect rates for manufacturers. The company also provides customized bio-based plastics, spray-free PP materials, glass-fiber reinforced PBT/PET and recycled PP/ABS to meet diverse industrial processing requirements.

Equipped with professional laboratories and standardized production lines, Dingtian holds multiple patented technologies and provides one-stop R&D, testing and mass-production services.
