Jiangxi Dingtian Recycling Plant Officially Operational, Building Dual-Base Green Production Layout

Zhejiang Dingtian New Material’s Jiangxi recycled new material production base has completed commissioning and officially started stable operation. The launch establishes the company’s dual-base development model — R&D centered in Zhejiang and large-scale manufacturing based in Jiangxi, greatly expanding its recycled material production capacity.

The Jiangxi plant focuses on full-cycle waste plastic recycling and modification, covering sorting, deep cleaning, crushing and precision pelletizing for PET, PP and ABS materials. Intelligent automated production lines solve the instability and impurity problems of traditional recycled plastics. Supported by complete environmental protection facilities, the base realizes low-emission production and high-value recycling of waste plastics in line with circular economy principles.

The base mainly produces PCR recycled pellets, food-grade RPET and general modified recycled materials, widely used in catering tableware, daily goods and plastic accessories. It effectively fills the company’s capacity gap, radiates Central and South China markets, shortens supply cycles and provides more stable and cost-effective green material supply for downstream clients.

Adopting the group’s unified strict quality management system, the plant implements full-process production traceability. All recycled products meet GRS certification requirements and food-contact safety standards, balancing environmental sustainability and stable usability to meet global sustainable procurement demands.

The dual-base layout marks a key strategic upgrade for Dingtian’s green and circular industrial development. Going forward, the company will optimize production techniques, expand product categories and develop high-value recycled materials.
