Kerke 65 Pelletizer Commissioned for Korean PET Recycling Project

Kerke supplied Model 65 twin-screw pelletizer has arrived at the client’s factory for Korea’s PET recycling project. Our professional engineering team finished equipment positioning, assembly, system commissioning and on-site operational training entirely on site. Rated at 300kg/h, the machine passed full parameter testing and stable trial operation, ready for formal PET waste recycling pelletizing production.

Customized for PET reprocessing, the unit is equipped with intelligent touch control, loss-in-weight feeding and segmented temperature control. Engineers completed pipeline connection, electrical inspection, temperature calibration and material trial run to stabilize plasticizing and pelletizing quality. Targeted training covered operation procedures, parameter adjustment, routine inspection, component replacement and troubleshooting, enabling local operators to run and maintain the production line independently.

This delivery marks another overseas achievement of Kerke in waste plastic recycling. We develop tailor-made extrusion equipment for PET flake recycling and plastic modification, supporting customers with turnkey services including on-site installation, commissioning, training and long-term after-sales service.
