With over two decades of experience in the fine chemical industry, Yuanli Chemical has mastered core processes including esterification synthesis and reactive distillation. I. Alcohol Ester Products: A Leading Large-Scale Global Supplier

In 2004, our self-developed distillation process was officially put into operation, enabling mass production of eco-friendly solvent MDBE and breaking overseas technological monopolies. Our 100,000-tonne annual production line has maintained stable long-term operation.

At present, we have developed six complete product lines: anti-aging additives, special plasticizers, bio-based products, polycarbonate diols, diols and film-forming aids. Our comprehensive product portfolio meets raw material demands across diverse industries.

We operate four modern production bases with supporting professional R&D laboratories in Changle (Shandong), Changyi (Shandong), Fuling (Chongqing) and Xing’anmeng (Inner Mongolia). Leveraging mature esterification, hydrogenation and polymerization processes, we independently conduct R&D and production of various fine chemical intermediates, laying solid process and raw material foundations for our core anti-aging additive business.

II. Anti-Aging Additives: Our Second Core Growth Driver

Plastic, coating, polyurethane and rubber products commonly suffer from outdoor yellowing, embrittlement and performance degradation. Drawing on organic synthesis and polymer polymerization technologies accumulated from our alcohol ester business, Yuanli has built a digital production park for hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS), transforming from a single raw material supplier into a full-cycle weathering protection solution provider for polymer materials.

The digital anti-aging production base in Changyi, Weifang stands as a benchmark domestic project:

1. The Phase I 35,000-tonne/year HALS production line has been stably commissioned;
2. Construction of the Phase II 25,000-tonne/year production line is well underway. Upon full completion, our total annual HALS capacity will exceed 60,000 tonnes, supplying full-spectrum low-molecular-weight, high-molecular-weight and compound HALS products as well as polymerization inhibitors;
3. Our R&D team comprises more than 100 specialists, achieving fully independent synthesis from piperidine monomers to polymer additives. Our proprietary anti-aging product series under the brand YuaNovSTAB® covers four core categories;
4. Light Stabilizers: UV-770, UV-622, UV-944, UV-783, UV-119, UV-2020. Benefiting from cost advantages brought by in-house raw material production, these products efficiently capture free radicals and deliver long-lasting cyclic weathering protection. They serve wide applications in plastics, coatings, polyurethanes and chemical fibers with outstanding cost performance;
5. Core Intermediates: Three self-produced piperidine raw materials (TAA, TMP, PMP) satisfy all production requirements for general, modified and specialty HALS and polymerization inhibitors, securing full independent control of our supply chain;
6. Polymerization Inhibitors: Designed for monomers such as acrylates, styrene and butadiene, they effectively suppress auto-polymerization throughout synthesis, purification, warehousing and transportation processes;
7. Custom Compound Anti-Aging Solutions: We develop tailored formulas jointly with clients based on their end-product demands for films, injection molding, coatings and more, offering one-stop support including raw material & additive supply and on-site technical services.

Our alcohol ester products are already supplied to top global coating and chemical manufacturers. Our self-developed light stabilizer series continues to expand into overseas markets including Europe, America, Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Middle East. We deliver reliable weathering protection products to overseas manufacturers and distributors, advancing our strategic upgrade from a global alcohol ester raw material manufacturer to an international polymer anti-aging solution service provider.
