Description
BEIER PET bottle washing line is a complete recycling system for post-consumer PET bottles. The process includes label removal, crushing, cold & hot washing, cap separation, floating tank purification, centrifugal dewatering, and thermal drying — producing clean, food-grade PET flakes with moisture content below 0.9% and PVC content under 15ppm. Capacity ranges from 500 to 8,000 kg/h. The line is engineered for high cleaning efficiency, low water consumption, and stable 24/7 industrial operation.
