Our primary feedstock consists of post-consumer agricultural and industrial LLDPE plastics, including bale silage wrap and fertilizer bags. Through a rigorous single-material sorting process, we minimize material variation and ensure consistent product quality.

A multi-stage washing process and precision melt filtration system effectively remove contaminants, enabling the production of clean and stable recycled PE materials.

In addition, our multi-stage extrusion process combined with proprietary odor reduction technology enhances cleanliness, mechanical stability, and processing performance, allowing our recycled materials to perform reliably across various manufacturing environments.
