lt adopts the latest American detection system and is equipped with a dual-channel independent leak testing system at each station, featuring high precision and strong reliability with an accuracy of up to 0.3mm;
Storage Function: The system can store parameters for 6 groups of products (customizable memory available for special requirements), and simultaneously record the total number of tested units and the quantity of leaky containers. It also allows setting a target testing volume, and the machine will automatically stop leak testing when the set testing quantity is achieved.
Testing Stability: The equipment is controlled by German Siemens PLC, American Motorola detection boards and German FESTO solenoid valves. It boasts industry-recognized leading stability with a service life of over 100,000 hours.
