Product Description
BF101 is a functionalized calcium carbonate modified material specifically designedfor breathable films. This product uses metallocene polyolefin as the carrier andcontains specially treated calcium carbonate. After film stretching by MDO (MachineDirection Orientation), it exhibits a stable moisture vapor transmission rate.
Product Application
BF101 is suitable for the cast film process and can be directly extruded and stretchedinto film after dehumidification drying or blending with a small amount (0-1%) of dryingmasterbatch. It is mainly used for producing 15-25gsm breathable films.
