PEMA-595 is a representative grade of our Graft Compatibilizer series.
MISSION® PEMA 595 is a high-performance additive synthesized via advanced metallocene catalyst technology and functionalized by grafting with maleic anhydride (MAH). Its maleic anhydride grafting rate reaches approximately 3%. This optimized graft level endows the product with excellent lubricity and dispersibility inherent to metallocene wax, alongside high chemical reactivity. Serving as an efficient compatibilizer, lubricant and dispersant, it is especially suitable for reinforced engineering plastics such as polyamides and polyesters. It can significantly improve interfacial adhesion, processing fluidity and filler dispersion without affecting product color. It also effectively boosts adhesion when applied in hot melt adhesives.
