Weightless feeding system

The loss-in-weight feeding system mainly consists of five parts: material feeding station (or ton-bag unpacking station), vacuum feeding equipment material feeding silo loss-in-weight scale and liquid loss-in-weight scale,and materials are precisely measured and fed to the downstream equipment via the control system.
Working mode 1: manually throw the material into the feeding station, convey the material from the feeding station to the feeding silo through the vacuum feeding machine, then feed the material to the loss-in-weight scale, and accurately weigh the material by the loss-in-weight scale and feed the material to the downstream equipment such as extruder
working mode 2:feed the material to the floor where the feeding silo is located through lift. manually feed the material into the feeding silo, and fed the material via the feeding silo to the loss-weight scale, and loss-in-weight scale accurately weighs the material and feeds material to the downstream equipment such as extruders
