WHITE MASTERBATCH (TiO2 WHITE MASTERBATCH)

INTRODUCTION
PT-2070 TiO2 WHITE MASTERBATCH is a blend of 70% of very fine pure Rutile Titanium Dioxide with LLDPE & LD carrier resin especially developed for the flexible packaging applications made by blow molding. Due to very good dispersion, masterbatch is very well suited for the thin films.

• Films requiring very high opacity at low LDR
• Very Thin Gauge Films (upto 50 microns) i.e. Shopping Bags.
• Films with moderate loading of TiO2
• LLDPE rich films for Oil, & Milk Tubing
• Multi Layer and Mono Layer Films
• Non critical application of films with higher thickness
• High Output Machines where total residence time of material is less.
• Woven sacks

USAGE
2 ~ 30% depending upon the specific end usage applications.

PACKING & STORAGE
TiO2 White Masterbatch is available in the packing of 25 kgs. laminated moisture proof woven sack bag. Keep the product in cool & dry place with good ventilation. Away from the direct sunlight, high temperature, rain pour and not under heavy loads. Shelf life of Masterbatch is about 15 months from the manufacturing date. Thereafter still it can be used, but with little higher dosage %ge than usual.
