Fully Automatic 3-Station Positive and Negative Pressure Thermoforming Machine

With imported infrared radiation heating bricks, it can form the plastic in both male and female molds, and realize hardware die punching and shaping blade trimming. The technological process is as follows: auto sheet feeding, multi-stage heating, forming & cooling, labeling/printing/filling, trimming and stacking with automatic counting. 3 stations on the production line can work synchronously. By using the leading forming technology, it saves manpower and raw materiasl a lot, which also prevents secondary pollution, improves product quality and qualification rate, saves power and doubles production efficiency.
