ABA BLOWING FILM MACHINE

The ABA three-layer co-extrusion blown film extrusion unit utilizes a dual extruder paired with a three-layer co-extrusion die to form an A-B-A sandwich structure film in a single step. It is an upgraded replacement for single-layer blown film equipment.

The equipment is compatible with high and low-pressure PE raw materials and can produce various plastic films such as packaging bag films, industrial inner lining films, and daily-use packaging films.

Core differentiating advantages: The inner and outer layers of the film use brand-new raw materials, ensuring excellent film gloss, tensile strength, printing, and heat-sealing effects; the middle core layer can be supplemented with recycled materials and fillers, effectively reducing raw material input without affecting finished product quality. The three-layer structure results in more uniform film thickness, stronger toughness, and lower film breakage losses during production. The equipment supports switching to AAA homogenization production mode, flexibly responding to different order requirements.
