This unit consists of four automatic stations: forming, punching, cutting and stacking‑counting, realizing fully‑automatic forming, punching, cutting, stacking and counting process.
Adopts four‑column structure for stable mold‑table operation and high forming precision. Servo motor drives sheet feeding & stretching with high motion accuracy and convenient control. Both positive and negative air pressure sources are equipped to realize positive‑negative pressure forming of products.
Imported ceramic heating plates from Germany and Ireland feature high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption and long service life. PLC integrated control with touch‑screen digital display supports convenient calculation, feedback, alarm and full automatic operation.
