Hexagonal Boron Nitride (hBN)

The hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) is an advanced ceramic material, and its micromorphology is flake, and the molecular structure is hexagonal crystallization. The hBN has very special and excellent physical and chemical properties, has very good thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, chemical corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, temperature resistance to 1000℃ in the air, inert gas and vacuum state can be up to 2000℃. After high temperature reaction sintering of 2000℃, JONYE’S hBN has stable chemical and physical characteristics and excellent thermal conductivity (the thermal conductivity of single crystal is about 250-300W / mk). At present, JONYE produces hBN single crystal powder of 500 nm-20 micron particles and nanoscale grades. The hexagonal boron nitride is favored by the electronic industry for its high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation performance. Domestic and foreign electronic manufacturers have large-scale application research in thermal filler, semiconductor packaging and filling, LED heat dissipation packaging, etc. In some traditional metal smelting, casting, special lubricating oil, glass industry, hBN also have excellent performance.
