The semi-suspension high-efficiency drying system has a double-sided air supply heating structure and an independent air knife design, optimizing the dynamic and static pressure conversion of the air supply to ensure the uniformity of the air output. The drying method with high wind speed, large flow rate and low temperature can improve the drying quality and reduce solvent residue. The integrated synchronous tension control system of the whole machine features good synchronization, precise control, convenient operation, stability and reliability. The controller adopts the self-developed DSP architecture GMC controller, which is specially customized and developed for the high-precision synchronous or tension control requirements of motors The synchronous control accuracy of each motor shaft can be refined to 100us. It integrates multiple intelligent closed-loop control algorithms and empresses various software function packages such as winding tension control, motor synchronous interpolation, and adaptive recognition of tension models. The algorithms have been deeply developed for applications such as dry lamination and fixed-point coating
