Gearbox for injection moulding machine

NVICKS Gearbox for Injection Moulding Machines is specially designed for plastic machinery drive systems, offering high torque capacity, low noise, high transmission efficiency and reliable operation. The gearbox uses high-strength ductile cast iron or welded steel casing and precision-ground helical gears made of 18CrNiMo7-6 case-hardened steel, with gear accuracy up to DIN 6. NVI-2, NVI-3 and NVK series are available with multiple transmission ratios, mounting arrangements, motor interfaces and output shaft configurations. With rated torque options up to 60,000 Nm and power ratings up to 500 kW, the gearbox is suitable for injection moulding machines requiring stable, efficient and heavy-duty transmission performance.
