Description
Polyurethane, commonly a new composite material between plastic and rubber, is formed after chemical reaction of polymer polyalcohol and isocyanate through chain extension and cross linkage. It is divided into polyether and polyester according to its backbone chain.
Properties of PU Sheet:
1. Good elasticity and excellent flexibility.
2. Wear-resistant, tear-resistant and impact-resistant.
3. Excellent low-temperature resistance and good heat insulation.
4. Low density, lightweight and easy to process.
Application Fields:
1. Furniture industry (seat cushions, back cushions)
2. Sports equipment (yoga mats, protective pads)
3. Automotive industry (seat filling, sound insulation pads)
4. Footwear materials (shoe soles, insoles)
5. Packaging materials (cushioning pads, shockproof packaging)
