Empilon’s HC Series is a high-transparency TPE developed for overmolding onto ABS, PC, and PC/ABS, widely used in personal care appliances and 3C electronics for light-transmitting button components.
●Key Features:
1. Excellent residual adhesion to ABS, PC, and PC/ABS
2. Select grades are compatible with TR90 (PA12) overmolding
3. Scratch-resistant and crack-resistant surface
4. Typical hardness range: 40A ~ 70A
5. Up to 80% light transmittance, ideal for illuminated parts
6. Optional antimicrobial or anti-mildew additives available
