Description
3240 epoxy board (national standard EPGC201) is an organic polymer compound laminate. It is made of electrical glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and then dried and hot-pressed. The implementation standard is GB/T1303.1-1998, and the temperature resistance grade is Class B (155°C). Common colors include yellow, red, green, black, etc. It is widely used in the fields of machinery, electrical and electronics, and is mainly used to manufacture insulating accessories and equipment structural parts [2].
The surface of the board is flat and free of bubbles, the edges are cut neatly, and slight indentations or scratches that do not affect the use are allowed. After curing, it has the characteristics of high mechanical strength at medium temperature and stable electrical performance in humid environment. It also has high dielectric properties, arc resistance and leakage resistance, and the curing shrinkage rate is less than 2%. The conventional thickness is 0.5-50mm, which can be customized to 150mm. The epoxy resin and curing agent react to form a three-dimensional network structure, and no volatile by-products are generated.
