Description
Trimmed two side edge scrap online crusher is mainly inline used with extruder for crushing edge scraps(sheets, sheet plate etc.) . Trimmed two side edge scraps will be produced from extruder during the production. In order to keep the clean and dry of trimmed two side edge, It will be compacted and entering into the crushing room by traction unit. And then they will to be flake pellets. In the last, these crushing materials will be into the hopper of extruder by blower or suction feeder. New raw materials and recycling materials will be re-use by small screw and main screw. Or they will be into the mixer to mix by blower or suction feeder. It is achieve to 100% recycling. In production process, the crusher is achieve to saving cost, improving production process, and improving the production environment. The best effect is improve the traditional productivity and products quality. It has the small size, lower power, high output and silent.
