PP Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch – Product Features
High Filling Ratio & Cost Efficiency
Contains a high percentage of ultra-fine calcium carbonate (CaCO?), helping to significantly reduce raw material costs while maintaining mechanical performance.
1.Excellent Dispersion
Formulated with high-compatibility polypropylene (PP) carrier and premium dispersants to ensure uniform distribution of CaCO? without agglomeration or spotting.
2.Improves Rigidity & Dimensional Stability
3.Enhances product stiffness and reduces deformation, making it ideal for film blowing, injection molding, extrusion, and raffia applications.
4.Natural Matte Appearance
Produces a soft, matte white finish suitable for non-glossy packaging films and plastic containers.
Low Shrinkage & Good Processability
Reduces shrinkage rate and improves molding stability. Lower melt viscosity also leads to faster extrusion and injection cycles.
Non-toxic & Odorless
Made from food-grade materials.
