UV MASTERBATCH (ULTRAVIOLET MASTERBATCH)

INTRODUCTION
UV Masterbatch PT-UV20 is an LLDPE based masterbatch giving very good protection against the degradation of plastics by UV light. PT-UV20 is especially recommended for the applications in agriculture, industrial and food packaging, and very much compatible with polymers such as PE, PP, EVA. It can also be used with thin products such as films, tapes, pipes and fabrics.

The active ingredient consists of a combination of different HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer) additives, which gives the most effective light stabilization effect already at low dosages.

RECOMMENDED ADDITION
UV Masterbatch PT-UV20 is approved for the use in contact with foodstuffs according to FDA and BgVV regulations, as long as the dosing level of the masterbatch is less than 3 %.


PACKING & STORAGE
UV Masterbatch PT-UV20 available in the packing of 25 kgs. laminated moisture proof woven sack bag. Keep the product in cool & dry place with good ventilation and away from the direct sunlight, high temperature, rain pour and not under heavy loads. Shelf life of PT-UV20 is about 12 months.
