Description
This twin‑screw sheet extruder is specially developed for PET and PLA sheet production. No pre‑crystallization drying system is required, which is suitable for secondary‑material production, featuring high‑output, low‑energy consumption and excellent plasticization performance.
Adopting modular screw structure with multiple combinations, it works well for PET, PLA fully‑biodegradable and starch‑based degradable materials. Double‑vacuum exhaust design fully discharges vapor. Equipped with melt metering pump for stable pressure‑output and closed‑loop automatic speed control. The whole line adopts PLC control to realize automatic parameter setting, data operation, feedback and alarm functions.
